All items requiring service, contact SSC Customer Service department for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. When requesting an RMA, please complete the online form; provide us with model number, serial number, as much information possible concerning the fault, and your complete contact information. A Satellite Systems representative will contact you with your RMA number within one business day. Once a repair reaches our facility, expect a status update within 24 hours.
